During the event, Telespazio’s strong commitment to entrepreneurship, beyond innovation, and the economic and professional contribution that will be made to this initiative were highlighted. In addition to financial support, Telespazio will provide mentoring with experts in the sector who will help achieve the success of each initiative, with a clear commitment to incorporate all relevant actors into the value chain.
The event was held in Lugo with the participation of the collaborating entities and the 11 selected projects of the fourth edition of the Business Factory Aero.
The BFAero (Business Factory Aero) is a vertical accelerator that emerged in the context of the Civil UAVs Initiative program, of the Xunta de Galicia, which seeks to promote the development of innovative companies in the Galician aerospace sector. It is open to all institutions and companies interested in consolidating an open innovation ecosystem in this area with the horizon of being the reference accelerator in the field of aerospace and unmanned vehicles.
The important support that BFAero represents for the Aerospace Pole of Galicia was highlighted, which is why the budgets of the Xunta reserve next year an investment of 27 million euros, that will allow the deployment of solutions and the consolidation of industry around this initiative to continue. Likewise, the forecast is to support some 25 companies in the sector.
